Time: 5.30pm - 6.45pm Soothing Deep Stretch & Meditation , 6.45pm onwards dinner at Circle Cafe

Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a peaceful, restorative experience on Circle Cafe’s beautiful, serene terrace facing the water front. This workshop is focused on releasing physical and mental tension, using passive stretching and meditation techniques to create a state of relaxation while rejuvenating your body and mind. Participants will experience long-held poses to target tight muscles and ease inner fascia tension, followed by guided meditation for deeper mental relaxation and a sense of peace. This will be followed by a soulful dinner at Circle Cafe along the water side. .

    Note:
  • Individuals of all fitness levels are encouraged to join.
  • The session begins at 5.30pm sharp.Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to settle in and relax before we start.
  • Dinner will be available through a set menu designed by Circle Cafe for the event.
  • This will include one choice of 1 main and 1 drink.
  • Vegetarian & Vegan options are available.
  • Parking is available in front of Jumeirah Island Pavilion which can be validated at Circle Cafe for upto 3 hours.
