We welcome you to join us for "Anxiety Melt Evening," a late-evening yin yoga (deep stretch) and guided meditation session designed to help you unwind and release tension of the week and prepare for a restful night's sleep. This class focuses on slow, passive stretches held for extended periods, targeting deep connective tissues and promoting relaxation. The practice culminates with a calming guided meditation to quiet the mind and soothe the spirit. This will be followed by a soulful supper meal crafted with ingredients for anxiety relief and inflammation in the body .

    Note:
  • Individuals of all fitness levels are encouraged to join.
  • The session begins at 8:00 pm sharp.Please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to settle in and relax before we start.
  • Supper will be available through a set menu designed by New Earth Cafe for the event.
  • This will include a sharing snack platter and 1 drink.
  • All food/drink options provided are vegan.
  • Parking is available near the cafe on first come, first served basis.
